This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the 15Nitya mobile application (the "App") distributed via the Indus Appstore. It governs how the App handles information from its users and is offered by Ungureanu D. Simona-Adriana PFA.

To provide a reliable experience on the Indus Appstore platform, we collect and process specific technical data:

• Purchase Restoral Data: Unlike other platforms, to ensure you do not lose access to your purchased Nitya packs (e.g., the Vijayā Nitya premium content), we store anonymized purchase tokens and transaction IDs on our secure external server.
• Unique Identifiers: We may use an anonymized device or user identifier provided by the Indus ecosystem. This allows our server to "recognize" your device and automatically unlock your purchased content if you reinstall the App or switch devices.
• No Personal Identity: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical locations. Your identity remains private.

2. Payment Processing

Transactions on the Indus Appstore are processed via PhonePe payment gateways.

• Payment Security: We do not see, store, or collect your credit card, UPI, or bank details.
• Third-Party Policy: Your payment information is governed by the PhonePe Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here: https://www.phonepe.com/privacy-policy/

3. External Server Security

Information regarding your digital entitlements is stored on our external servers using industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS). This data is used exclusively to validate your "Premium" status and deliver the content you have paid for.

4. Changes to this Policy

Ungureanu D. Simona-Adriana PFA reserves the right to update this specific policy to reflect changes in the Indus Appstore's technical requirements. Updates will be notified within the App.

By installing 15Nitya via the Indus Appstore, you signify your acceptance of this policy.
